How long is the delivery time?

We deliver with trackable express delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination. If you wish to have your order delivered abroad, contact customer service before placing your order

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery status on Postnord's website

I have not received my order within 10 working days.

1) Start by checking that your address is the same as the one you entered when you placed your order.

2) Are you registered at the address with your name on the mailbox? Otherwise, the post office will not be able to find your mailbox and therefore will not deliver your package.

3) If all your information is correct and you still have not received your package within 10 working days, please contact us and we will of course help you.

How is my order delivered?

We deliver with Postnord and your order is delivered either to a mailbox/outside the door or to your nearest agent.

Where do you ship your products from?

We ship all our orders from Sweden

Return and exchange

How do I return an item?

To return an item, contact our customer service for instructions on how to return the item. The item must be unused and in the original packaging when the return takes place.

Can I exchange an item I have purchased?

Yes, you can exchange an item within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Contact our customer service for more information.

Order

Can I cancel my order?

By contacting us, we can review your order and see how far it has come in the process. If possible, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.

I have received the wrong item

If you have received the wrong item in your order, contact customer service to have the problem resolved. Be sure to include your order number and a picture of what you received including the packaging.

I am missing an order confirmation

After each completed order, we always send out an order confirmation to the specified e-mail address. Sometimes these messages can accidentally end up in your spam folder.

Check your spam folder
It is possible that your order confirmation has been directed to your spam folder via your email system.
